Neighborhood Clean-Up Brings Volunteers Together

Dozens of volunteers gathered early Saturday morning to take part in a neighborhood clean-up aimed at improving local parks and streets. Equipped with gloves and trash bags, participants worked in teams to collect litter and spruce up shared public spaces.

The effort was organized by a local civic group in partnership with the city, focusing on high-traffic areas and playgrounds. Organizers said the goal was not only to beautify the neighborhood, but also to encourage community pride and involvement.

By midday, volunteers had filled several dumpsters with debris and recyclables. Many participants said they were proud of the visible results and looked forward to helping again at future clean-up events.
